1. Non-Refundable Payments
All payments made to secure an appointment are non-refundable.
This includes situations where the client fails to attend their scheduled appointment (no-show). Once a booking is confirmed and paid, that time is reserved for you and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
We understand things come up. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment.
If proper notice is given, your payment will be transferred to the new date.
Appointments rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in loss of payment.
Less than 24 hours’ notice = payment is forfeited.
No-shows (missing your appointment without contacting us) = payment is forfeited.
A new payment will be required to book another appointment.
Please arrive on time.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened or canceled, depending on the schedule.
Excessive lateness may be considered a no-show.
