Event Attendance Policy

First Come, First Reserved: Spots for our events are limited. Registration is confirmed only once payment or deposit is received. If multiple participants request the same slot, priority will go to the first who completes the payment.

No Payment, No Spot: Your space is not guaranteed until a deposit or full payment is made. Without it, your spot may be offered to someone else.

Late Arrival or No-Show: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may miss important portions of the event. No-shows forfeit any payments or deposits made.

Rescheduling or Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to retain your deposit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event are non-refundable.

Event Fees: All listed fees are base rates. Final pricing may vary based on the type of event, materials, or special requests. Fees are subject to change.
