Tax Smart Service is committed to making our website and services usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.
Our approach
We aim to follow generally recognized accessibility practices and use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a reference. Our ongoing work includes supporting keyboard navigation, visible focus, readable contrast, meaningful headings and labels, text alternatives for informative images, responsive layouts, and reduced-motion preferences.
Known limitations
Some third-party features—such as appointment booking, payment, translation, maps, embedded content, or the client portal—are provided by other companies and may not offer the same level of accessibility in every situation. Older documents or content may also contain limitations. We work to offer a reasonable alternative when feasible.
Need assistance?
If you have difficulty using this website or accessing a document, service, or feature, please tell us what you were trying to access, the page address, and the assistive technology or browser used if you are comfortable sharing it. We will make a good-faith effort to provide the information or service another way.
