An Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) is required to file U.S. taxes if you cannot obtain a Social Security Number. As an IRS-authorized Certified Acceptance Agent (CAA), we process ITIN applications and renewals efficiently and safely.
The biggest advantage of working with a CAA: we authenticate your identity documents at our office. You never have to mail your original passport or visa to the IRS. We provide the IRS with an official Certificate of Accuracy — and you leave with all your original documents in hand.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to send my passport to the IRS?
Not when you use our CAA service. We authenticate your documents at our office and provide the IRS with an official Certificate of Accuracy. Your passport and original documents stay with you.
Will getting an ITIN affect my immigration status?
No. An ITIN is a tax processing number only. The IRS does not share ITIN information with immigration enforcement. Applying for an ITIN cannot affect your visa, residency status, or any immigration proceedings.
How long does it take to get an ITIN?
After we submit your complete application, the IRS typically issues your ITIN in 6–10 weeks. During peak tax season, processing may take slightly longer. We monitor your application and will update you.
My ITIN is expired — how do I renew it?
ITINs expire if not used for 3 consecutive tax years. Renewal requires a new Form W-7 with supporting documents. As a CAA, we handle renewals the same way as new applications — efficiently and with on-site document review.
