Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to prepare my return?

Most returns take 45–90 minutes at our office. Complex returns with multiple income sources may require a second appointment for review.

Can you file prior year returns?

Yes. We can prepare and file returns for any prior year — including multiple years at once. Penalties and interest still apply, so the sooner you file, the better.

What documents do I need to bring?

Bring all W-2s and 1099s, last year's tax return (if available), Social Security cards for all family members, and any records of deductions (mortgage interest, charitable donations, medical expenses). We'll send you a complete checklist when you book.

Do you offer in-person and virtual appointments?

Yes. We offer both in-office appointments at our Waltham, MA location and remote appointments via secure document upload. Contact us to discuss your preference.
